THE BRIEF —

The 11,000 sq. ft. retail space spans two floors, designed to accommodate the brand’s fashion retail concept while providing a dynamic and engaging shopping environment.

The scope of work included interior fit-out, installation works, and finishing, completed within a two-month timeline to meet the mall’s commercial opening schedule.

Delivered an 11,000 ft², 2-floor fashion outlet in 5 weeks plus 3 days handover, with 24-hour, 2-shift site operations managed by 1 project manager, 1 site supervisor, and myself. Set a record for the fastest handover of a 10,000+ ft² ID outlet.
