This project involved the construction and interior fit-out of KBB Steak, a restaurant located in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), Kuala Lumpur.

THE BRIEF —

The 5,110 sq. ft. space was designed to support both dining and kitchen operations while creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for customers.

The project included interior finishing, service installation, and restaurant layout implementation, completed within a three-month construction period to meet the operational schedule.

Successfully delivered the East Coast F&B outlet’s first TTDI location, occupying an entire block with offices and an exclusive top-floor area for royal customers, coordinating with the client’s kitchen specialists and plumbers from East Coast, all within the project deadline.
