Interior fit-out of a 60,000 sq. ft. duty-free retail space at Jesselton Mall, Kota Kinabalu. The project involved large-scale construction, coordination, and installation works to deliver a functional and high-traffic retail environment within a seven-month timeline.

Due to the project’s location in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, key trades including carpentry, glass, and metal works were mobilized from Klang Valley, working alongside local wet work contractors. Materials such as tiles, glass, metal, and carpentry fixtures were transported via air and sea, requiring careful logistical planning.
The project presented additional challenges in timeline control compared to Klang Valley works. However, with increased manpower and focused coordination, the team successfully delivered the project within schedule.
During the construction period, additional tenant fit-out works were secured directly from the landlord, reflecting strong confidence in the team’s project management capabilities to deliver alongside the overall mall completion.
