This project involved the interior fit-out of Bunk & Bilik Hotel , a hotel located in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.

THE BRIEF —

Interior fit-out of a 4-storey boutique hotel at Jalan Ipoh, comprising 39 rooms and a rooftop area. The project covered 10,312 sq. ft. with an additional 2,950 sq. ft. rooftop space, completed within a 3 month timeline to deliver a functional and well-integrated hospitality environment.

Delivered the 2nd boutique hotel, including dismantling the rooftop and constructing a new concrete rooftop with garden design, along with a newly built Bomba-approved lift and lift pit.
