THE BRIEF —

Interior fit-out of Dotty’s Pastries & Coffee at KLCC. The 2,500 sq. ft. space was designed to deliver a modern café environment, optimizing layout, customer flow, and product display within a premium commercial setting.

Managed a complex outlet fit-out with 3 weeks off-site prefabrication and 8 weeks on-site, including dismantling and full rebuild with new design. Despite numerous landlord changes, authority requirements, and KLCC panel scheduling constraints, we delivered on time without any LAD penalties, with the client fully informed and satisfied with our professional project management.
